Robbie B
Director and lead mental health OT
Robbie has been a Mental Health Occupational Therapist for well over a decade. Robbie has worked in various mental health services which support people aged 12-65 years old. Robbie has worked with clients experiencing a range of disabilities/disorders including, psychosis (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder etc), bipolar, personality disorders, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression and much more. In his daily practice, Robbie applies interventions which are, strength based, recovery focussed, person centred, and which prioritise a safety-first framework to help clients build their functional capacity. Robbie strives to work collaboratively with clients and their identified supports to help clients recover from their mental illness and build their independence. Finally, Robbie has a special interest in working with people from neurodiverse presentations and supporting clients with forensic mental health complexities.

Calee
Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Calee is a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience. She has worked across multiple sectors to gain well-rounded experience and has found her passion in supporting adults with mental health conditions and neurodivergence. Calee has a particular interest in sensory processing, nervous system regulation, and women’s health. She strives to see each person as the unique individual they are, working alongside them to provide tools and strategies they can integrate into their lives—supporting them to engage in the meaningful occupations they want and need to do.

Brianna
Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Brianna is a mental health Occupational Therapist with a genuine love for this area of work. Since 2017, she has worked in various public mental health services, from acute care to rehabilitation. She specialises in supporting individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, mood disturbances, and anxiety, as well as those with ASD and intellectual disability. Brianna's approach is recovery-focused and trauma-informed, with additional training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She is passionate about working with complex cases and is an advocate for her clients, providing ongoing therapy, assessments, and reports to help them live more meaningful and independent lives. Brianna has a keen interest in supporting people who have justice related matters and is well versed in forensic mental health.


Shane
Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Shane is a trauma-informed, person-centred, and neuroaffirming occupational therapist with clinical experience across public and private mental health settings. Drawing on his backgrounds in occupational therapy, psychology, and community services, Shane takes a holistic and strengths-based approach to supporting adolescents and adults in their recovery journey. Shane has experience supporting clients with a range of presentations including mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, psychosis, and neurodivergence. This has involved managing complex mental health and associated risk presentations, including working with clients with forensic backgrounds and supporting families with child protection involvement. Shane utilises various evidence-based modalities including CBT and DBT, as well as drawing on mindfulness-based approaches. His commitment to his work is driven by his own lived experiences and passion to see all people receive equitable, compassionate mental healthcare.

Zhara
Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Zahra has a strong foundation in community mental health and a passion for delivering person-centred and holistic care. She works alongside individuals with complex disabilities to help them live more independently and authentically. Zahra’s approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique journey. Zahra enjoys building genuine connections with her clients, tailoring supports that make a real difference in their daily lives. She is dedicated to empowering people to regain confidence, independence, and engage in meaningful activities that matter most to them. In addition to her community work, Zahra has experience supporting adults through stroke rehabilitation and specialised dementia care, deepening her understanding of the diverse needs and strengths of the people she works with.

Brea
Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Brea is a mental health occupational therapist with over six years of experience working with adults under the NDIS. She uses a trauma informed and collaborative approach to support clients to build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and achieve meaningful and sustainable goals. She has completed further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and regularly uses Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) based skills to support clients with emotional regulation and building lives aligned with their values. Brea has experience working with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders as well as co-occurring physical health conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, PMDD, hypermobility, and POTS. She has a special interest in autism, ADHD, and supporting clients who have received their diagnosis later in life.


Jess
Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Jess is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over nine years of experience supporting children and adolescents aged 18 months to 18 years. She has worked across clinic, community, and telehealth settings, supporting children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities, as well as a range of complex developmental and functional needs. Jess provides family-centred, evidence-based therapy with a strong focus on emotional regulation, toileting and continence, fine motor and handwriting skills, play, fussy/selective eating, sleep difficulties, and functional capacity assessments. Her approach is strengths-based, neuroaffirming, and collaborative, working closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to embed practical strategies into everyday routines. She is passionate about delivering accessible paediatric occupational therapy via telehealth, empowering children and families to build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
